Purify with our true lavender essential oil
Considered the foundation of aromatherapy, lavender is native to the mountains of Provence. Popular for decades, it is a must-have for purifying homes.

In the diffuser
Adding 6 to 10 drops in a diffuser are enough to sanitize and perfume the air of your home within 15 minutes. We always suggest using a diffuser whose temperature does not alter the properties of essential oils (doesn’t exceed 40ºC).
In the fridge or dresser
To scent your clothes, simply add a few drops of our true lavender oil onto a piece of fabric then place it in your wardrobe. This technique is also a great way to remove moths. To avoid bad smells in your fridge, mix a drop of true lavender and lemon essential oils with baking soda. Place it in your fridge and you’re all set!
Lemon aromatherapy

DIY household products
Making your own household products is the best way to avoid being in contact with toxic substances as well as reducing the use of plastic bottles. To make your own cleaner at home, use this recipe: mix 10 drops of lemon essential oil with half a cup of warm water and half a cup of white vinegar. This recipe makes for the perfect cleaning and antibacterial product for all surfaces of the house.
Sanitize with tea tree
Our Essencia tea tree essential oil helps to sanitize the house and get rid of unwanted odours with its energizing fragrance. Particularly helpful for soothing skin infections, this oil has antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral properties that can also help keep mites at bay. Tea tree essential oil is also very effective when it comes to cleaning different surfaces and fabrics. Simply add 5 to 10 drops to your liquid laundry soap.
Tea tree essential oil-based cleaners
To sanitize your carpet, mix a few drops of tea tree oil with two tablespoons of baking soda. Sprinkle the mixture on the carpet to repel mites, leave on for a few minutes and then vacuum.
The dirt embedded in bathroom tile joints can be stubborn. To get rid of it, pour a few drops of tea tree essential oil on an old toothbrush and scrub well.
To sanitize your couches, curtains and beds, mix three drops of tea tree essential oil with a cup of white vinegar and a cup of water, then spray on the mixtures on the fabric you wish to clean.
Clean with our Narrow-leaf eucalyptus essential oil
Native to Australia, eucalyptus is known all over the world and its essential oil works wonders to help relieve respiratory infections. Narrow-leaf eucalyptus essential oil has deodorizing and sanitizing properties that help with colds, sinusitis and asthma and there are so many ways to take advantage of its virtues.
Bathroom and floor cleaning
Start by soaking a piece of fabric with three drops of our narrow-leaf eucalyptus essential oil then place it in your vacuum to clean it and chase away bad smells. After vacuuming, mix three drops of eucalyptus essential oil with a tablespoon of black soap in a bucket of hot water to clean the floors. For the bathroom, add three drops of narrow-leaf eucalyptus essential oil to your usual natural cleanser, this will help you disinfect the sink, bathtub, shower and even the toilet!
Plan ahead for a successful spring clean-up
Spring cleaning can be daunting! Since a lot needs to be done, start by making a list.
Room by room, write down all the things that need to be dusted, washed, stored or discarded.
