The tablets D-Stress from our Real Relief range are composed of natural homeopathic ingredients. It may help relieve symptoms of:
Format: 60 tablets
Medicinal ingredients:
– Asafoetida 3X
– Ignatia amara 4X
– Valeriana officinalis 3X
– Avena sativa 3X
– Argentum nitricum 9X
Non medicinal ingredients:
Lactose, magnesium stearate.

Chew and let dissolve tablets in mouth 3 times daily and reduce intake with improvement or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
To be taken away from meals.

RETURN OF OUR PRODUCTS
In the event that a product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Homeocan agrees to exchange it, within 10 days of the delivery date, if and only it is accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of the invoice.
To return merchandise, the User must contact the Homeocan Customer Service by e-mail or telephone to make appropriate arrangements.
