Refill pads for the Nomad USB Essential Oil Diffuser are sold by 10 units. Continue to take advantage the benefits of Essential Oils or Fragrances after using the 5 refill pads already offered with the purchase of the Nomad USB diffuser. Reusable, replace them only if they are used and after several uses, until they harden and/or discolour. Format: 10 refill pads
– Simply apply 5 to 10 drops of your favorite Essencia® essential oil or blend of oils on the reusable pad.
– Insert into the Essencia® NOMAD Diffuser.
– Plug in the Diffuser into any USB outlet and within a few minutes you will enjoy the experience and benefits of your chosen oil.
– Unplug the Diffuser when not in use. A refill pad may be used until it hardens and/or discolours.
– Keep pads away from children and pets
The shipping costs cover the costs of preparation and packing and shipping. They are based on the shipping address, the total amount of the order, before taxes and postage.

Delivery times
A period of one to two business days must be allocated to the processing of orders at our warehouse. Homeocan can not be held liable for any delay in delivery or loss of products following delivery attributable to the carrier.

RETURN OF OUR PRODUCTS
In the event that a product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Homeocan agrees to exchange it, within 10 days of the delivery date, if and only it is accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of the invoice.
To return merchandise, the User must contact the Homeocan Customer Service by e-mail or telephone to make appropriate arrangements.
