Dosage

Children (6 to 11 years old):
Take 1 tablet morning and evening. Chew and let the tablet dissolve in the mouth. Space out doses if there is improvement or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Adults (12 years and over):
Take 2 to 3 tablets morning and evening. Chew and let the tablets dissolve in your mouth. Space out doses if there is improvement or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
