Homeocan does not warrant that information contained on the website will be accurate, reliable or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Homeocan shall not be liable for errors or omissions contained on the website and reserves the right to modify or correct them at any time, including any error related to prices posted on the website.

AVAILIBILITY OF OUR PRODUCTS

All your orders are processed from our warehouse. If in stock, our products should be shipped in 48 hours. Homeocan cannot be held responsible for any failure to comply with delivery times.

Homeocan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the quantities of products and services sold on this website.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our products sold comply with Health Canada standards.

Homeocan has attempted to accurately depict the products offered on the Site.

However, because the depiction of a product is dependent on your computer monitor, Homeocan cannot guarantee that such depiction will be accurate. The products may also appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show details.

Products Information

OUR PRICES

Our prices displayed on www.homeocan.ca are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping. The price is payable in full and in one payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars.
Sales taxes are calculated based on the address where the order will be shipped and in accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws, as well as the rates applicable to your order. Where required by law, shipping costs are also taxable.
While deploying the best of us to provide you with accurate information, Homeocan cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions in the website and reserves the right to update or modify prices at any time and from time to time without notice. 

Export
Products sold on this website may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other export control laws. You agree to submit to all these rights and laws.

OUR SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIME

The shipping costs cover the costs of preparation and packing and shipping. They are based on the shipping address, the total amount of the order, before taxes and postage.
In no case a User will be able to combine several orders to benefit from a reduction of shipping cost.

Delivery times via our carrier Canada Post
A period of one to three working days must be allocated to the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse. Homeocan can not be held liable for any delay in delivery or loss of products following delivery attributable to the carrier.

Free delivery

For consumers: 

Delivery charges are available for all past orders that meet the following conditions:
– QUEBEC & ONTARION : The minimum purchase is 50$, before taxes, per order and shipping address for all online orders;

– REST OF CANADA: The minimum purchase is 100$, before taxes, per order and shipping address for all online orders;

– The shipping address is in Canada.
– The cancellation of one or more ordered items that reduces the total before taxes of the order to less than 50$, a change of address or a change in delivery method may withdraw you the right to free delivery.

For professionals:

Delivery charges are available for all past orders that meet the following conditions:
– The minimum purchase is 100$, before taxes, per order and shipping address for all online orders;
– The shipping address is in Canada.
– The cancellation of one or more ordered items that reduces the total before taxes of the order to less than 100$, a change of address or a change in delivery method may withdraw you the right to free delivery.

Concerning internet orders:

Delivery time via the Click & Pick service

To meet your needs, we have designed the Homeocan Click & Pick service.
Choose to collect your order directly from our head office and save delivery costs.



The time limit for your order to be available is 1 working day for any order placed after 12 p.m. (noon).


If you place your order before 12 p.m. (noon), we will do our best to make your order available the same day.

In all cases, you will receive an email informing you of the availability of your products in store.

RETURN OF OUR PRODUCTS

The products supplied by Homeocan.ca are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. In the event that a product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Homeocan agrees to exchange or refund it, including postage, within 10 days of the delivery date, if and only it is accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of the Homeocan.ca invoice.

In the case of a refund, we also refund the amount of taxes paid on the item. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are not refundable unless the return is related to a shipping error on our part.
To return merchandise, the User must contact the Homeocan Customer Service by e-mail or telephone to make appropriate arrangements.
If, for any other reason, a User wishes to return a product purchased on www.homeocan.ca, he or she may choose between an exchange or a refund. The return must be within 10 days of the delivery date.

PAYMENT

Orders placed on www.homeocan.ca will be settled only by a credit card via a 100% secure online payment service. Orders by phone can be paid by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS), check, money order. Postal orders can be paid by check, money order.

UPDATES TO THE CONDITIONS OF USE

Homeocan reserves the right, in its entire discretion, to modify the present conditions of use at any moment.

All changes to our conditions of use will be posted on this page and indicated by the change of the date of the “Last Modification” set forth on this page. We encourage our clients to occasionally review these conditions of use to stay informed about eventual changes. 

JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

The conditions of Use and the content of the website are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any litigation will be submitted to a competent Quebec court, in the judicial district of Montreal.

Should any specific provision of the conditions of Use be found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, this will not in any way affect the spirit and the scope of the conditions of Use, the remainder of which shall continue to be binding.

Should Homeocan fail to exercise, waive or be prevented from exercising one of its rights, this will not be construed as a waiver for the future of such right or of any of the provisions of the conditions of Use.
