To benefit from the therapeutic virtues of Pure Radiated Eucalyptus Essential Oil:
ATMOSPHERIC DIFFUSION
It is recommended to use a diffuser whose temperature does not alter the properties of the EO* (between 35° and 60°C). In all cases, follow the instructions in the device's practical guide carefully. Pour 6 to 10 drops of EO* into the reservoir of your diffuser. To avoid saturating the air with aromatic molecules and increasing the risk of irritation, it is strongly recommended to diffuse EOs intermittently (15 min max. per hour).
DIRECT INHALATION
HE* are therefore assimilated into the body via the direct olfactory pathway. Apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted HE* to a handkerchief or compress and inhale occasionally, up to 3 times a day.
SKIN ROUTE
Some Essential Oils can be applied directly to the skin. But it is clearly advisable to avoid any risk without the advice of a health professional. HE* rich in monoterpenes and phenols can be very irritating to the skin. Also, it is recommended to dilute the HE*(s) in a vegetable oil base before skin application.

Massage:
Apply 1 x per day, 10 to 15 drops of HE* of your choice diluted in 30 ml of vegetable oil such as hemp to promote relaxation in your body.

Local application:
The selected EO* to be diluted in a vegetable oil act locally and directly on the affected area. Apply up to 3 times a day. Caution: The total concentration of diluted EO* must not exceed 5% of the total volume.
