Job Description:
Homeocan, a Quebec-based company specializing in the manufacturing and
distribution of natural health products, is looking for a dynamic and
customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join its team at the
Montreal office.
Do you have experience in inside sales, are bilingual, results-driven, and looking to grow
in a stimulating environment? Then this position is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email) and provide excellent customer service
- Advise customers on our range of natural products and offer tailored solutions
- Process orders, ensure follow-up, and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain regular communication with customers to build lasting relationships
- Achieve inside sales targets and actively contribute to the company’s growth
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, ideally in the natural health, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries
- Fully bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
- Comfortable with digital tools (Office Suite, CRM software, order management systems)
- Strong customer service mindset, excellent listening skills, and ability to offer suitable solutions
- Proactive, autonomous, and a team player
