Medicinal ingredients:
- Cobalt (Cobalt gluconate)................... 59 micrograms

Non-medicinal ingredients:
- Purified water
- Glycerol
- Potassium sorbate

Dosage

Dosage for Adults (19 years and older):

Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon, 1 time per day, in the morning in a little water, for 1 to 2 months or as recommended by a health practitioner.

Caution

- Do not use if seal is broken
- Keep out of reach of children
- Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, and before use if you are taking a supplement containing vitamin B12
- Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if gastrointestinal upset or rash occurs
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, except on the advice of a healthcare practitioner
- Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients and if you have an iodine deficiency
- Store at room temperature
