The products supplied by Homeocan.ca are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Homeocan undertakes to exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, within 10 days of the delivery date, provided that it is accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of the Homeocan.ca invoice.
In the case of a refund, we will also refund the amount of taxes paid on the item. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are not refundable, unless the return is related to a shipping error on our part.
For a return of merchandise, the customer must contact Homeocan Web Customer Service by email or telephone to make the appropriate arrangements.
If, for any other reason, a customer wishes to return a product purchased on https://homeocan.ca/ , they will be able to choose between an exchange or a refund. The return must occur within 10 days of the delivery date.
