Medicinal ingredients:
- Zinc (Zinc gluconate)................................ 67.4 µg
- Nickel (Nickel gluconate)................................... 72.6 µg
- Cobalt (Cobalt gluconate)................................... 72.6 µg

Non-medicinal ingredients:
- Purified water
- Glycerol
- Potassium sorbate.

Dosage for adults (19 years and older):

Take 1 teaspoon 1 time daily in the morning with food a few hours before or after taking other medications for 1 to 2 months or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
