3 drops of our Pure Lavender essential oil from Essencia
Fill the rest of the bottle with our Organic Essencia Arnica care oil
Mix all the ingredients in the spray bottle, then apply 3 drops of this remedy while massaging gently wherever you’re experiencing pain 3 times a day.
